or upon the written request of said defendants or their attorney, a sufficient portion thereof to satisfy said judgment, penalties, interest and cost of suit and sale; subject, however, to the right of redemption by the defendants or any person having an interest therein, to redeem said property, or their interest therein, in the manner provided defendants or anyone interested therein may be entitled under the provision of law. Said sale to be made by me to satisfy the judgment rendered in the above styled and numbered cause, together with interest, applied to the satisfaction thereof, and the remainder, if any, to be applied as the law directs.

 

Purchasers at this Sheriffs Sale will receive an ordinary type of Sheriffs Deed which is without warranty, express or implied.

The purchaser will be required to produce an unexpired written statement from the Liberty County Tax Assessor-Collector that there are no delinquent ad valorem taxes owed by them to the county, school district or municipality. The Tax Assessor will send the request to all taxing entities for verification. All requests must be submitted to the Tax Assessor-Collector two weeks prior for issuance.

 

This sale includes taxes through all tax years which were delinquent at the date of judgment. This may or may not include the most recent tax year. You must inquire as to which tax years are included on the property you are interested in purchasing. You will be required to pay the taxes for the tax years which became due from the date of judgment.

 

At the time the sale begins, all bidders must be registered with the Officer who conducts the sale.
